PHOTOREALISTIC RENDERS PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY PROTOTYPING QUALITY OVERSIGHT

Physical prototypes are built to validate the final product before tooling is locked. We produce the full visual package — photorealistic renders, photography, and video content. We also provide hands-on support through the manufacturing phase, working alongside suppliers to ensure the produced part matches the designed intent.

CAD for DFM

PRODUCTION CAD DFM ANALYSIS MOLDING OPTIMIZATION SUPPLIER COORDINATION

We develop production-ready CAD with draft angles, wall thicknesses, parting lines, and tolerances resolved from the start. We work directly with toolmakers and molding suppliers to keep cost and quality aligned.

DESIGN DEFINITION

DESIGN REFINEMENT APPEARANCE MODELS PROTOTYPING SPECIFICATIONS

Form, proportion, surface, and detail are resolved with functional prototypes and appearance models used to validate ergonomics, mechanisms, and finish before committing to tooling.
